OUR MATERIALS

  • Electrostatic shield is a winding with copper foil between the primary and secondary . It is preferred for preamplifiers, amplifiers, phono stage, medical equipment and for sensitive applications.  The shield is grounded and transients the noise to the ground path instead of passing through to the secondary.

    * On demand add

  • Tinned copper wire is regular copper wire with a tin coating. The tin coating improves the wire and protects it from oxidation. Bare copper can struggle when exposed to humidity or very high temperatures. In these cases, the tin coating adds corrosion resistance and helps the wire stay in good shape even in the presence of moisture and heat. It can also keep stranded wires from fraying. We use one of the best cables for audio aplications. The temperature range for the cables is -55°C to +155°C .

    * On demand add

  • The magnetic shielding sheet is installed on the perimeter of the transformer. This shielding uses a thin sheet of grain-oriented silicon steel tightly wound around the toroidal transformer . The shielding reduce the magnetic field to the enviroment.

    * On demand add

  • The center is potted with resin with an opening for a screw for installing the transformer. We use resin based in Polyurethane.

    * On demand

  •  The benefit is that the transformer is noiseless and fully magnetic shielded. The cap is made from sheet metal and is painted in black colour.

    * On Demand

  • We use enamelled copper wire, of high quality and purity. The wires are made from non-recycled copper.

    The purity of copper is 99.996%.

  • We use HIB grade at 0.30mm . Also the cores are impregnated to be noiseless.

  • For Power Transformer we use thickness 0.50 mm and for Output Tube transformers we use grain oriented 0.35mm thickness.

  • O-Cores are wound from a grain-oriented silicon steel strip, which is continuously pointed towards each end to produce a circular cross section. The material is HIB cores also 0.23mm Thickness.

  • For the final insulation in Toroidal and O Core transformerthere are two option. The first choice is tranparent, so you see the copper wire and the second is in black colour. We use the black polyester for audio transformers .

  • An other option to support the toroidal transformer is the metal disk included two foam disk. The metal disk is in black matt colour and is used until 300VA transformers.
